Michelle Mather
Michelle has practiced massage therapy and bodywork since 2000. Following her graduation, from COCC School of Massage in Oregon, she has continued her studies in Deep Tissue and Thai Yoga techniques. Michelle has experience working with active people of all levels and ages, from recreational athletes to competitive runners, professional skiers and snowboarders. Michelle's clients appreciate her relaxing, therapeutic techniques that aid in full-body recovery. Michelle recommends monthly massage in order to receive its full benefits including injury prevention and decreased stress which increases immune function.
